Where we come from
Eskay was founded by an engineer with hands-on experience building crew management systems for airline operations.
We build from that experience. The rules are complicated, the stakes for crew and operations are real, and the data is personal.

Duty, rest and agreement rules are modelled explicitly and tested against real cases.

We prototype early, on dummy data, so planners and crew can react to something real.

Pay, personal details and fatigue information are sensitive. Prototypes never contain real crew data.
A fixed frame, and a dial that turns
Eskay is S.K. said aloud — the initials at the centre of the mark.
The mark is built like an aircraft's attitude indicator: a steady frame of reference with a dial that rotates inside it. One thing holds still, and one thing moves and has to be read clearly. That is how we like to build software, and how we like to advise.
The struts joining frame to dial come from the tesseract, a hypercube — a reminder to look at every problem from more than one dimension.
